Gaining the trust of her treatment team, Lindsay Lohan was granted a weekend pass to tend to work efforts as she tries to get her career back in order following a string of legal woes resulting from her partying ways.
The "Mean Girls" star was picked up from the Betty Ford Center on Saturday morning by her assistant Eleonore - proceeding to grab take-out from Barney's Beanery ahead of a planned meeting.
Meanwhile, LiLo also received Betty Ford staff members' blessing to take part in a photo shoot at an undisclosed location near the Rancho Mirage facility on Sunday (November 14).
According to TMZ, Lohan's new photo shoot gig was for a Russian-based clothing line named Kira Plastinina - with the photos set to land on the pages of an unnamed major magazine.
